Before i give you a few engagement proposal ideas, I need to suggest that you don’t simply copy an idea word for word!
Any idea you use, you need to take some of your shared experiences in order to make the proposal personal to the two of you!
I hope these engagement proposal ideas give you some inspiration:
1. Mail her a photo of you on one knee with a special love poem. Wait outside her house for the post to arrive and when you hear her scream, knock on the door and propose in person.
2. Say that you’re going to be away on business during a special anniversary. Go 1 week without seeing her then surprise her with a knock on the door on your anniversary. Propose there and then!
3. Go on a hot air balloon ride at night time. Go over the city and looking down on the light and under the stars, you can propose to her.
4. Go digging for shells at the beach. You can “find” a bottle with a love poem inside. Read her the poem, it will become clear it is about her, then propose.

When arrangements are made for a wedding, many different plans must be made. The colors, the location, the reception, the wedding dress, and numerous small as well as large things are involved. If time is rather short it may be time to engage a Wedding Magician in the form of a family member or some other knowledgeable person to help with decision-making as well as ensuring tasks are completed on time. Those who can pull off the party of the century are truly magicians in every sense of the word.
Those helping to plan the wedding can come from family, friends, or the professional community all of whom may have varied experiences and ideas when it comes to the big day. For many brides, after beginning the planning process and collecting essential elements, they realize how overwhelming the task is, but they can rest assured that there are many people waiting in the wings to be asked to join in pulling the wedding together. For those opting to utilize the services of a professional wedding planner, the sooner they are selected the better as they often need time to contact their vendors and put together a plan that will ensure the vision becomes a reality.

Hopefully, proposing to your girlfriend is something you’ll only get to do once! Hopefully!!! Increase your chances to make that so by reading these tips on how to propose to your girlfriend.
1. Only ask the question if you know the answer, just like a good lawyer! If you think she might say no, then you really haven’t been seeing her long enough!
2. If you’re considering a public proposal ie in front of her family or at a ball game then you need to be extra sure she’ll say “yes!” You don’t want her to accept only to change her mind when you’re alone!
3. Make sure you surprise her, or you risk turning the proposal into a huge anti-climax for her! Only tell who you need to and only then that’s if you need help!
4. If you’ve got your proposal idea from the internet, a book or from someone you know, then make sure you personalize it to your own experiences! Never carbon copy a proposal!
5. Always take a knee! It’s old, corny and cliche but its how she always imagined her proposal would be since she was a little girl so don’t disappoint her!

Groom speeches are traditionally not. In fact, these are considered as the most serious of all wedding speeches. Nevertheless, many people appreciate funny groom speeches as these tend to hold the attention of the audience a while longer than the serious ones. But how does one recreate a very serious speech? Here are the dos and don’ts.
Do interject some funny one liners or anecdotes into the speech. Most people have some funny experiences which many people may find quite amusing. It is therefore likely that you too have some. So share your stories. While not everyone may laugh at a joke, it helps to know that humor is quite common for most. Be picky when it comes to jokes though. Don’t just crack a joke, choose discriminately the ones that won’t make anyone feel uncomfortable.
Do try to use a funny one liner. There are plenty of hilarious one-liners online which you can use. But, be careful to use the uncommon but really funny ones though and very away from tired one liners. A very common, even if a very funny, one liner usually fails to make people laugh because they already know exactly what it’s about. As much as possible, stay away from jokes that have sexual references (leave that for the best man, your speech should be a bit formal) and ones that talk about rings, rabbits and euphemisms that don’t make anyone giggle anymore.

When you are preparing you’re wedding you are going to want to find an event photographer. You will need them to posses a few qualities such as style, motivation, experience and good communication. Event photographers will only possess these qualities if they are well trained and have lots of experience, so check out their past experiences before hiring them.
There are different styles for every event photographer. You will want to make sure that your thoughts about your wedding will coincide with their style. Otherwise a horrible experience might be the end result. Every event photographer will have a different style. Traditional and wild are two extreme styles of photographers. Photos of the bride and groom, and the wedding party are examples of a traditional style. Wild styles can be anywhere from being completely serious in all of the photos to making funny faces.
When selecting an event photographer you will need one who is highly motivated. You do not want to have someone who is lazy and sitting around missing all the good pictures they could be capturing. Motivation isn’t just about doing the job, but enjoying it and communicating are also involved.

Aside from the person who actually conducts your wedding ceremony, possibly the most important element of your wedding is the wedding photographer. This individual has the responsibility of recording your important day and endeavoring to catch every memory on film. It is very important that you see first the work of different photographers so you will be able to choose the best one whose style and vision matches what you would like to have on your wedding day.
In order for a smooth running photo session, following are some tips:
1. List all the photographs you want to have taken. State precisely what you want! Include who and what you want photographed, when it should be taken, and where the photo should be made. It is necessary to mark off the amount of coverage you prefer as well. The wedding day can be divided into four photographic sessions which are: the pre-wedding photos, the ceremony, the organized set shots or location shoot, and the reception.
2. Talk! Let people know where to be for the photo shoot and when to be there. Be certain that they understand when, where and what to wear.

Occasions like an important conference or a major client visit do not come often, and it is necessary to keep a record of such events in the form of pictures, which you can later use for both internal and external distribution. This is where event photographers come into the picture.
Taking professional photographs at an event is a highly specialized skill. Unlike most other types of photography, the person capturing an event hardly has any control over the flow of the event or how the people react. Capturing an event demands a lot of talent, and the photographer needs to be able to handle difficult scenarios. But the key thing is, a corporate photographer does not usually get a second shot.
There are some key aspects that you need to know of before you go ahead and select an event photographer. As important company events are usually held indoors, he must be aware of how to adjust the settings of his camera accordingly. Even an excellent photographer would be of little use if the equipment is not up to the mark, so you must insist on top-end equipment.

Planning a wedding and reception is no easy task. There is a lot to do and there is a lot of stress that comes with the job. An important aspect of the reception is the music so this is not something that you are going to want to over look.
There are different ways that you can go, but the two most common are typically a DJ or a live wedding band. Live music can really help to give your event some life and spark, but what should you look for when hiring your weeding band?
When looking at a wedding band to hire, it would be a good idea to make sure that you are catching a live performance of theirs. This can be done by attending one of their public gigs. If you are unable to do this, you should have no problem getting your hands on a demo CD. By taking a close listen to their music, you will be able to truly determine whether or not they are a good fit for your wedding reception.
