Wedding party favors are very important especially in North America and they are simply small gifts that are given to guests in a wedding by the bride and the groom. These favors are an old tradition started by the European aristocrats who gave gifts in weddings and other ceremonies and this was in the middle ages. These gifts changed with time from confectionaries and started including other things such as almonds. Today, the list of possible gifts is endless and you can come up with unique wedding favors where you decide on the gifts depending on you specific needs.
Among the hottest trends for this year are hand decorated candies and other edible wedding favors. Others are wedding favor mint tins and beach wedding favors. Wedding party favors can be described to be little gifts that are given by the couple to the guests mostly to express their appreciation for the guest’s attendance. These party favors started being given out a long time ago in weddings and other parties and they started with European aristocracy in the middle ages. The gifts have “evolved” over time and in many years; they used to be confectionaries such as sweets and cakes.

Contrary to giving your wedding party and unique guests the traditional sugar almonds, you can have the great wedding favor idea of giving them alcohol miniature favors that includes your own personalized label as special memento of big day. You can choose from standard designs available or customize your design label with graphics or photos you wish; a photo of your wedding venue, your zodiac signs, and your names that include your family’s crest, your own photograph-both the bride and the groom, or personalized it any way you want with new ideas as you wish. In some cases the couple’s caricature is printed on the label copied from photos or posing for the artist.
Adding theme to your wedding eases the work of coming up with the required custom label; theme can be include in the invitation cards so as to create a match between the venue and the miniature alcohol gifts. The miniature alcohol favors are acceptable to all sexes but not to the religious one who despise alcohol in any form. In some cases you can separate the miniature gifts by giving whiskey to the men and brandy or vodka to the women. Despite being suitable to both men and women, these favors are most suitable to the men. Before the printing of the personalized labels you should approve the design and message.

Though not compulsory, favors have emerged to be part and parcel of the new generation weddings. The gifts range from simple inexpensive items to complicated and highly priced goods. All this is determined by the financial ability of the wedding spouses; sometimes it involves the chipping in of friends and the family. In many traditional weddings the guest list is expansive and it is really hard to give every guest a token especial when the number is in excess of a hundred. There are several ways to achieve the goal of giving the attendees the wedding and wedding guest favors.

To achieve the best outcome and real liming of all the decorations in bridal and wedding showers, careful setting of the favors must be done. The favors must have been selected according to the rest of the party’s elements as furniture, theme, food and beverages, venue and should depict the individuality of the bride or the wedding.
The simplest way to deliver the guests favors is placing them on the dining tables. Here they are placed in the same way as the condiments; if the table has four covers then four gifts are set on each table. Guests attending the event pick each apiece as they sit or leave the function. This method saves on time and it is manageable for the task of arranging the gifts is left to the people who set the venue long before the guests arrive. Accountability is also enhanced for the tokens amount to the total table covers which is dictated by the invitation list.

After ordering and payment of the bridal shower and wedding shower favors need to be delivered to the bride. There are several ways to get the purchased gifts to the buyer; courier services, supplier delivery, buyer delivery and on site manufacture. In courier service the vendor will engage the services of professional carriers as the postal corporation, FedEx and DHL. The decision to change and for the shipping expenses depends on some factors as quantity, distance and the fragility of the favors. Some of the stores include the shipping cost in the price while other change it separately based on quantity and distance.
Due to the stiff competition in the bridal shower and wedding shower favor business many suppliers are opting to deliver the purchased gifts to the door or venue of the event. This is advantageous to both the supplier and the couple; the supplier enjoys free advertisement and the couple is eased the burden of transporting the favors. The supplier may demand additional fee for the service or do it for free. In most cases their deliver vehicles will make several trips at specific times thus you are sure when your favor arrive either at your home or at the venue of the function.

With the baptism or christening being the first of many important spiritual ceremonies in a child’s life, many parents choose to continue the celebration with family and friends to continue sharing in the joy of this occasion. Normally this extended celebration has the guests gathering at either the home of the parents or the grandparents to rejoice together.
To thank guests for their attendance, the host of the party may provide christening favors for them to enjoy and remember this special day. Here are some ideas if you are planning a baptism or christening party for your special child:
The Cross. Being the universal symbol of love and purity, this is a very fitting theme to incorporate into your theme for baptism or christening favors. Your guests will be touched by the sentiment and contentment it brings them not only on the day of the baptism, but also for years to come. When contemplating the gifts you wish to hand out to your guests you can keep in mind such things as bookmarks, picture frames or any other item portraying the spiritual implications of this beautiful celebration. The cross may also be used to enhance the theme of your party when you choose invitations, linens and other religious items which will portray this beautiful image of God and His eternal love for mankind.
