Getting back your girlfriend after a fight or breakup can be a daunting task. Before you go for it you probably need to ask yourself a few questions. Most important, do you need her back because you truly love her for who she is or because you would be ashamed to be seen by your mates without your ‘trophy’? Was your relationship a positive one, where common ideals and goals were shared or did the relationship consist mostly of fights and disagreements?

If you suspect you and your girlfriend have something special and you know deep down that she is the love of your life, then you owe it to oneself and her to make a honest attempt at getting her back. If this is the case don’t sit and stew and let your intellect play thru ‘what if’ or ‘if only I had done that’ scenarios – this is simply not constructive.

You may be going through all forms of feelings ; outrage, regret, fear and aching. That’s OK, it’s normal. Realize though, all of the back and forth only wears you out. Make a decision to let her go or get her back – that is it!

If you choose to get her back, then you should decide how. You can go the direct, honest and sincere route, ( and this is what worked for me ), If that is all it takes consider yourself lucky. Just tell her you love her and want her back and you are willing to work at the relationship. If you are feeling you made a mistake you must be ready to ask for forgiveness, if you’re feeling she was the one who screwed-up, you have to be prepared to pardon and not dwell on past insults or grievances.

If you would like to be more manipulative – and you know she’s envious, just her seeing you with an interesting lady might be enough to send her running back to you. You know your woman and if you feel which will work, go for it – just realize – that it may backfire.
